Why so many are blank
Maryland DNR runs its Garrett County parks from a small number of offices rather than publishing a line per park, and most of the towns publish no number for their parks at all. Where I have one it came from the operator and it's on the record page with its date. Where I don't, this says so rather than printing a switchboard and calling it an answer.
